DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day from Chiang Mai via Thai Post. We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm. During busy periods it may take longer to process your order.
Covid 19 Update: Throughout this period of uncertainty, we are endeavouring to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that some deliveries may take longer than normal due to the restrictions in place as a result of the pandemic.
Economy International Delivery Service: Please let us know if your package doesn’t arrive within 21 days of placing your order. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, we will then investigate and either and advise you on the next steps.
ORDER ISSUES AND REFUNDS
We have a 30 day no quibble returns policy.
We've extended our policy as we know how tricky it can be to find a product that works well for someone's skin, so we want to give you the chance to make sure your purchase is right for you or your gift recipient without worrying.
However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request. Please contact us by email and let us know your order number and the reason. We will send you a return form to send back with your order.
This does not apply to discounted items or on sale items. If you have purchased any items using a discount code or on sale we are only able to refund your purchase if the item arrives broken or damaged.
